Case Study: Cobone Merchant App Gets a Major Makeover
As a UI/UX designer, I was tasked with designing a merchant app that has voucher redemption functionality. This app was designed to allow merchants to easily distribute vouchers to their customers, which could then be redeemed within the app.
The main challenge was to design an app that would be user-friendly and simple enough for merchants to use. Additionally, the app needed to be visually appealing and able to attract merchants.
To address these challenges, I created a simple yet elegant design for the app that included a clear layout with easy-to-use buttons and functions. The design featured a minimalist aesthetic with a neutral color scheme that was easy on the eyes and helped the user focus on the content.
The app design incorporated the voucher redemption functionality in a seamless manner. Upon opening the app, users could easily navigate to the "voucher" section and view their available vouchers. Once a voucher was selected, the user would be directed to a "redeem" screen where they could easily input the voucher code.
Another feature that was included was a dashboard that provided merchants with detailed insights into how their vouchers were being used. The dashboard would display key metrics such as voucher redemption rates, total voucher usage, and customer demographics.
The design solution resulted in an app that was easy to use, visually appealing, and helped merchants effectively manage their vouchers. The voucher redemption functionality allowed merchants to easily distribute and track their promotions, which helped boost customer engagement and increase revenue.
